Senior Commercial Manager

Senior Manager Commercial is responsible for leading the commercial strategy and execution for Richeese Factory Indonesia & Malaysia through the management of Go-To-Market (GTM), digital ecosystem, own app, food aggregators, and Local Store Marketing (LSM). This role focuses on accelerating growth across all sales channels, increasing customer acquisition and retention, optimizing the customer journey, and ensuring that all commercial initiatives deliver significant contributions to the company’s revenue growth and profitability.
