Senior Commercial Counsel

Parallax Law PLLC is a boutique New York-based corporate law firm that delivers BigLaw rigor with in-house practicality to venture-backed technology companies. Founded by an ex-BigLaw attorney and in-house General Counsel at a high-growth tech company, we serve startups from seed through late-stage growth with a technology-first, AI-powered approach.

We are hiring a Senior Contracts Paralegal or Counsel based in Mexico City (preferable) or remote in Colombia to serve as the primary contracts resource for key clients. You will own the day-to-day drafting, review, and negotiation of complex U.S.-governed commercial agreements—primarily SaaS subscription agreements (involving use of AI health-tech products), BAAs, DPAs, vendor agreements, and enterprise contracts. You will also have the opportunity to work on general corporate work special projects for clients.
