Pretoria, Gauteng Requirements: - Specializing in Commercial LAW only.
- Minimum 6+ years experience in specifically commercial law.
- Independent drafting of commercial agreements.
- M&A exposure will be advantageous.
- No litigation experience will be advantageous.
- Tax/Financial background will be advantageous.
- LLB and B. Com (finance) degrees
- LLM in corporate and commercial law will be advantageous Responsibilities: - Strong contract drafting skills
- Sound knowledge and understanding of corporate and commercial transactions (incl. M&As, Corporate Finance, Private Equity, Deal Structuring, Transactional Tax, etc.).
- Fully computer literate (incl. MS Word, Excel, etc.) How to apply: -
