Experience required:
At least 1.5 years of experience managing tele-calling or collections teams.
Main responsibilities:
- Manage tele-calling and external collection teams
- Ensure smooth daily workflow
- Recover overdue payments and reduce delinquency
- Handle high-risk delinquent accounts and customer queries
- Achieve collection and recovery targets
