Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Operations Management
  • Additional certifications advantageous: HACCP, NEBOSH / Safety certification, Lean / Six Sigma
  • 8–10+ years in warehouse/logistics environment
  • Minimum 5 years in cold storage or cold chain management
  • Proven experience managing large teams and complex operations
  • Experience in food, FMCG sectors preferable
  • Candidate must reside in the Port Elizabeth / Uitenhage area

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day‑to‑day operations of cold storage facilities (chilled and frozen environment)
  • Ensure efficient receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch of goods
  • Drive productivity and performance across all shifts
