Job Description

Randstad Digital is seeking an IT Manager with advanced English to lead a cross-country team supporting energy innovation initiatives. The role is permanent with a hybrid model: 4 days on site and 1 day remote; onboarding requires full-time on-site presence.

You will guide architecture, security, and compliance across multiple sites and countries, driving SOC 2/SOX programs, cloud modernization, and policy enforcement, in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
