LeadFinOps Engineer:

Focus: Architectural Optimization, Large-Scale Migration, & Governance Frameworks

You are the strategic architect of cloud efficiency. As a Senior Lead, you don't just execute migrations; you design the optimization frameworks that prevent waste before it happens. You serve as the high-level bridge between executive cost strategy and engineering reality, providing the technical leadership necessary to move workloads from Azure/AWS to IBM Cloud Bare Metal without inheriting technical debt. You are a skeptic by design, constantly auditing the environment to ensure performance and cost are perfectly balanced.
