Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and support core infrastructure platforms, including compute, storage, and virtualisation environments.
• Manage virtualisation platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper‑V), including capacity monitoring, performance optimisation, and lifecycle management.
• Implement automation and modern operational practices to improve platform reliability and operational efficiency.
• Perform platform patching, security hardening, and access control management to ensure compliance with security standards.
• Provide L2/L3 technical support for infrastructure incidents, conducting troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution.
• Maintain backup, disaster recovery (DR), and high‑availability solutions for critical infrastructure components.
