The Duke of York’s Royal Military School is seeking to appoint an experienced and dynamic Senior Clinical Nurse Manager to lead the School’s Medical Centre and ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality healthcare services for approximately 500 boarding students. The successful candidate will provide strategic, operational and clinical leadership, overseeing a multidisciplinary team and a wide range of healthcare services, including emergency care, long-term condition management, mental health support and health promotion. They will also play a key role in safeguarding, clinical governance, service development and continuous improvement, helping to enhance the health and wellbeing of students across the School.
