Senior Client Success Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with key client accounts.
• Oversee sustainability projects from scoping through to successful delivery.
• Coordinate internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop project plans, budgets, timelines, and client deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and maintain regular client communication.
• Drive client retention, identify growth opportunities, and support account expansion.
• Support client adoption of sustainability platforms and gather product feedback.
• Mentor Client Success team members and contribute to process improvements.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and account updates.
