Description

Our client is looking for a Senior Client Service Representative within their Employee Benefits Division, who will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. You’ll act as a trusted advisor—supporting employee benefits coverage, administration, and ongoing client needs—while working closely with insurers, internal teams, and external stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing benefit inquiries, challenges, and claims issues
• Work closely with insurance carriers to resolve issues efficiently and advocate on behalf of clients
• Proactively service accounts by anticipating client needs and keeping them informed of relevant updates
• Manage new client implementations and plan transfers, including master applications and employee enrollment documentation
