We are recruiting a bold mind to work as a Senior Client Service Analyst withexperience in client-facing roles, customer success, account management, or healthcare/pharmaceutical analytics.

In this role, you will partner with leading pharmaceutical clients, helping them maximize the value of IQVIA's market intelligence solutions while building strong, long-term relationships. You will combine analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management to support client success and business growth.

  • Ensures fulfillment of contract specifications and ad-hoc client requests to build client satisfaction, under supervision.
