SENIOR CLERK: OPERATIONS SUPPORT FUNERAL SERVICE

We are looking for an individual with excellent customer service skills, to join our Operational Support: Funeral Service team. In this role, you will be responsible for administering funeral contracts, coordinating tender processes, maintaining contract systems and ensuring the accurate management of contracts and agreements to support the effective delivery of operational services.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

• Ensure that AVBOB is subscribed to the necessary tender platforms


• Prepare Tender Documents for funeral contracts with set time frames


• Submit tender documents nationally through provincial office/ branches


• Calculate profitable prices for contract funeral


• Maintain current funeral contracts with different institutions


• Prepare quotations for agreements or price increase in current agreements


• Capture all approved prices contracts/agreements to relevant ...
