Senior Claims Associate (L2) Location : Infopark,Kochi Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years in US Insurance Claims Support Salary : Rs. 30,000 - Rs. 45,000 Per Month Qualification: Graduation (B.Tech is not Eligible) Shift: 6 PM- 3 AM (Flexible to work under Rotational Shift - Mostly Night Shift) Working Days: Monday - Friday Responsibilities: Ensure that all transactions received through the workflow tool are picked up and completed in time with the required accuracy levels. Ensure that process guidelines are adhered to in processing all required transactions. Escalate any issues encountered in time to the team SME or Team Manager. Complete any documentation related to the processing of the transactions. Ensure all updates are read on time and applied to the relevant transactions.
