We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Civil / Lead Technical Engineer to join our team.
*Requirements*:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in construction and infrastructure projects
- Strong expertise in quantity take-off from drawings (Bridges, Buildings, and related civil structures)
- Ability to prepare detailed technical proposals and professional presentations
- Strong experience in client coordination and project negotiations
- Proven background in construction supervision and site management
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Perform quantity take-offs from structural and architectural drawings
- Prepare technical submissions, BOQs, and cost estimations
- Present technical solutions and proposals to clients
