The Senior Network Consultant role is primarily a network operations/support position.

• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues related to the networking components of the infrastructure.
• Act as an escalation point and coordinate with vendors and external technical resources to effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Serve as the networking subject matter expert on a wide range of internal and customer facing technology projects, ensuring alignment with organizational standards.
• Optimize existing systems for performance and capacity, while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Research, understand, and implement networking security protocols.
