Syntra Refining Corp. is an advanced technology company specializing in critical mineral processing. The company is building a commercial‑scale facility in Halifax and seeks a Senior Chemical/Process Engineer to lead the scale‑up and commissioning of the proprietary SynCore technology. Scope of Work
Support scale‑up from operating pilot to continuous commercial operations, ensuring strict Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) and yield requirements. Act as the nexus between process chemists, automation/controls engineers and mechanical operators to ensure seamless system integration. Support external EPCM firms and equipment vendors, translating the core flowsheet into actionable industrial compliance and plant architecture. Establish standard operating procedures, safety protocols and process control parameters required to transition from R&D to project‑oriented execution and continuous operations.
