Job Description

Celebrity Cruises seeks an experienced Chef Tournant to lead and supervise kitchen teams across multiple stations, ensuring recipe integrity, taste consistency, and efficient production. You will coordinate with the Sous Chef, review daily tasks, and oversee sections such as Sauce, Entremetier, Fish, Roast, Outlet CDP, Tournant and Cold Kitchen.

You must have at least 5 years in upscale hotel, resort, cruise ship or banqueting service and 2 years as Chef Tournant; strong leadership,
