THE ROLE

As our Senior Channel Manager, you play a critical role in driving customer performance and profitability. You will own P&L results, lead annual negotiations, translate company strategy into customer plans, and collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver sustainable growth across your channel portfolio.
You will be reporting to the Commercial / Sales leadership, and you will manage:

1. Customer & P&L Ownership

  • Own P&L for assigned customers, improving Gross‑to‑Net results

  • Deliver results in line with company targets

  • Build and maintain strong, long‑term customer relationships

  • Develop deep understanding of customer and channel dynamics

  • Anticipate customer changes and identify growth opportunities
