Senior Change Manager (Melb, Sydney or Perth)

About the role

Reporting to the Portfolio Change Manager, with a dotted line to the relevant Program Manager, the Senior Change Manager will lead delivery of change activities and outcomes for a key portfolio program. This role is accountable for designing, delivering and overseeing all change management activities, outputs and reporting, ensuring high-quality artefacts, materials and activities that support people readiness, successful go-live, and seamless handover to the business. The role also ensures alignment between program outputs and intended business outcomes. This is a hands-on position suited to a highly experienced change professional with a proven track record delivering change within large-scale, complex programs.
