What’s the role?

Working as part of the Mortgages Change Team, your role will be critical in managing Mortgages change initiatives. This role is a max term hire which will be coming to an end in February 2027 and can be based in NSW, VIC, QLD or SA. You will be accountable for building change approaches, identify and assess change impacts, design and execute change interventions, and measure and monitor key change metrics.

Key Responsibilities:  

• Scope Definition and Management - Understand the current situation and clearly define the changes needed, making sure they align with the overall project goals.
