Job Description

Talenza are partnering with a leading enterprise organisation to secure an experienced Senior Change Manager to lead enterprise-wide change across a large-scale Regulatory Compliance Program.

This is a high-impact role working directly with executive leaders to drive behavioural, cultural and capability uplift across multiple business units. You will own and deliver the program-wide change strategy, ensuring all behavioural, communication and capability changes required for regulatory uplift are embedded consistently across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the enterprise Change Strategy.

  • Lead stakeholder analysis and engagement planning.

  • Conduct top-down change impact assessments across Business Units.

  • Partner with SteerCo, ELT and Program Sponsor to uplift compliance culture.
