About the Role

As the Senior Change Analyst, you’ll be responsible for leading and coordinating end-to-end business change activities within complex ICT transformation environments, ensuring organisational readiness and sustainable adoption of new systems and processes. You will develop and deliver key change management artefacts including communication plans, stakeholder maps, impact assessments, training plans, and business readiness assessments, while managing change responses across system, process, and solution-related impacts.
