Senior Category Manager

Location: Pasay (Full Onsite)

Schedule: Day Shift | Monday to Friday

Role Overview

As the Senior Category Manager , you will lead the strategic development, execution, and performance management of the Health & Beauty category across online and offline (O+O) channels. Your goal will be to ensure the category remains competitive, innovative, and aligned with consumer trends, while driving revenue, market share, profit margins, and supplier income growth.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of 57 years in category management , merchandising, or related roles within retail or FMCG industries . Prior experience with leading FMCG companies and/or within the beauty and personal care sector is a must.
