The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Manager – Business to own and scale post-sales business delivery for the online learning business. This role is responsible for delivering monthly P&L targets (revenue, GM etc.) by improving retention, course completion, and overall customer lifetime value, while leading large teams in a fast-growing environment.
You’ll combine a business owner’s mindset with strong operational thinking and customer empathy.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Owning the P&L metrics end to end : Revenue accrued from various sources, direct costs, GM% etc., driving initiatives aimed at P&L improvement
