Senior Care Assistant

Job Summary

As a Senior Care Assistant at HC One, kindness will be at the core of everything you do. You will be responsible for planning and implementing personalised care that gives residents a real sense of security, dignity and independence. You will lead a team of Care Assistants and work alongside the Registered Nurse and Care Manager to provide physical, mental and social care and administer medication when required.

• Plan, implement and review personalised care plans for residents.
• Lead, support and motivate a team of Care Assistants to maintain the highest standards of care.
