Overview

As a Senior Care Assistant at HC One, kindness will be at the core of everything you do. It touches upon every aspect of our Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes. Please be aware this is for 33 hours per week and night shift.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement care that gives residents a real sense of security, dignity and independence.
• Get to know residents and their families, helping to ensure we deliver truly personalised care plans.
• Lead a team of Care Assistants, maintaining the highest standards of care and influencing the rest of the team.
