Job Summary

The Senior Care Assistant role at HC One is a full‑time 33‑hour night shift position focused on delivering person‑centred dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care. The role involves working closely with residents, their families and the care team to maintain high standards of quality and kindness.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement person‑centred care plans that give residents a sense of security, dignity and independence.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of care activities and medication administration.
• Assist the Registered Nurse and Care Manager with clinical duties and support for residents.
• Lead, mentor and inspire a team of Care Assistants, setting an example of high quality care.
