Senior Care Assistant

As a Senior Care Assistant at The Applewood Kindness, you will be at the core of everything you do. You will plan and implement personalised care to give residents a sense of security, dignity and independence. You will lead a team of Care Assistants, maintain high standards, and build relationships with residents, families and the wider team. Your work will span everyday tasks such as assisting with mobility, meal preparation, end‑of‑life support, social and recreational activities, and medication administration.
