What is the role?

Make a real difference every day as a Senior Night Care Assistant at Hafod.  

Please note, this is a full time permanent role offering 35.25 hours, you will be covering 3 night shifts per week on a rolling rota with every second weekend off.

You will have previous care assistant experience and hold a QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care.

You’ll play a key role in supporting the management team to deliver high standards of person-centred care within a residential home setting. Working alongside colleagues, you’ll help ensure residents receive safe, compassionate and dignified care tailored to their individual needs.
