We’re seeking a mechanical-focused Senior Capital Planning Consultant to lead mechanical system assessments, reserve fund studies, and capital planning projects for multi-residential, commercial, and community buildings.

KEY RESULT AREAS FOR THIS ROLE

Capital Planning – Mechanical Focus

• Independently complete mechanical capital planning assignments, including Reserve Fund Studies (RFS), Property Condition Assessments (PCA), and Performance Audits (PA), under the direction of a Project Manager or Senior Manager.
• Lead mechanical site reviews, assess existing building systems, and prepare component-level condition assessments and repair recommendations.
