Job Description
Lead campus talent acquisition efforts as a Senior Campus Recruitment Specialist in Edmonton or Winnipeg. Drive innovative strategies for recruiting entry-level graduates, co-ops, and interns while enhancing the candidate experience.
This 12-month contract role will involve managing full-cycle recruitment and collaborating closely with key academic institutions. In this position, you will coordinate recruiting events and build relationships with stakeholders, creating a positive brand image through strategic marketing and social media engagement.
