Tasks
Plan, coordinate, and participate in the onboarding of workers (room assignments, data entry); Manage emergency calls outside regular business hours; Coordinate technical maintenance team interventions with internal and external partners; Manage automated system alarms and ensure proper follow-up on interventions; Participate in emergency response measures and intervene as required; Ensure the safety of occupants in collaboration with various stakeholders; Perform administrative follow-ups (emails, reports, documentation, filing); Manage purchase requests and monitor operational expenses; Communicate with suppliers (food services, housekeeping, etc.); Assist with contract follow-ups and monthly progress reports; Perform any other related duties.
