Responsibilities

  • Preparing ALTA/Boundary Surveys
  • Preparing legal description calculations for field staff
  • Understanding title commitment and exception documents
  • Operating survey instruments and equipment for a variety of projects such as,topographic, ALTA, boundary, construction, etc.
  • Completing projects in a timely, efficient and effective manner within deadlines andbudgets

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of applicable experience in a similar role preferred
  • Expert-level knowledge of ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys
  • Mastery in reading, interpreting, and determining easements
  • Advanced CAD software skills
  • Strong understanding of surveying principles and legal descriptions
  • Ability to lead and mentor CAD technician team
  • Capable of addressing client comments and coordinating revisions
  • Strong communication and time management skills
