Restaurant Staff's central kitchen is seeking a Butchery / Meat Processing Manager with 5+ years in butchery and meat production management, preferably in wholesale/retail FMCG. The role emphasizes meat preparation, aging techniques, and strong quality and quantity control.

You will lead operations, supervise staff, manage stock, ensure food safety and health & safety compliance, and maintain accurate inventory. Proficiency in Excel is essential, and strong references are required.
