Job Description

  • Lead business requirements gathering, refinement, and backlog management for a Commercial Online Banking platform
  • Translate complex commercial banking requirements into detailed technical specifications
  • Support customization of a SaaS banking solution in partnership with a vendor
  • Drive API and microservices integrations between frontend Commercial UI features and backend/core banking systems
  • Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies throughout the development lifecycle
  • Collaborate closely with IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors
  • Develop solution recommendations based on impact, feasibility, and business value
  • Ensure documentation, compliance, and alignment with financial services standards
  • Provide guidance and support to digital platform analysts and project team members
