Job Description

Our financial services client is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to support a core banking merger and data migration initiative focused on Customer Information Management, Payments, and Customer Experience.

6-month contract, % remote (Candidates must be located in AB, BC, ON)

Must Have:

  • 10+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience within financial services environments
  • Hands-on experience supporting Core Banking Integration, Conversion, and Data Migration programs
  • Strong expertise in Customer Information Management, including KYC, AML, Privacy, CRS/FATCA, and customer data maintenance processes
  • Experience eliciting business requirements, facilitating stakeholder workshops, and driving decision-making across complex enterprise initiatives
