Job Description

Our client is Canada's largest retailer. They are looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to map business workflows, define API interactions, and prepare requirements for the software development pod.

Duration: Until December , to start

Location: 3-4 days/week onsite in Brampton

Responsibilities:

  • Map business processes and workflows to system capabilities
  • Analyze backend data sources to determine appropriate inputs for promotional metrics
  • Define source-to-target mappings and transformation logic
  • Interpret API documentation and understand endpoint functionality
  • Prepare structured documentation to support Product Owners in creating technical tickets
  • Work closely with developers to clarify requirements and resolve data issues
  • Support ongoing data validation and quality initiatives
