Ibotta is seeking a Senior Business Process Manager to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding.Do you love analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for large-scale improvements? Do you have a track record of leading cross-functional teams through times of major change? We are looking for a Business Process Manager to challenge the status quo and revamp our program set up system to be highly scalable, efficient, and reliable.
This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position, requiring 2 days in office. Preferred in-office hybrid days are Tuesday and Thursday. Candidates must live in the United States.
What you will be doing:
Act as a subject matter expert for the program set up process and post-sale client lifecycle
Proactively identify process improvement opportunities and intake improvement requests from the business
