Job Description

Key Skills and Educational Qualification:

1. Should have a minimum of 3-5+ years or more experience in US staffing as a Business Development Manager.

2. Should have managed relationships with CHRO or Vendor management teams.

3. Strong proven experience in onboarding both Direct as well as MSP clients.


Job Requirements:

1. Having a good Database & Rapport with Tier1 Vendors & clients.

2. Proven sales record, networking, and relationship-building skills

3. Build a strong and extensive client network and relationships

4. Would be responsible for acquiring new clients for contract staffing.

5. The candidate must know the end-to-end contract staffing process.

6. Would be responsible for building the lead pipeline and soliciting new leads to open new business opportunities.

7. Would be responsible for following up with each of the prospects/leads and developing more than 50% into a signed contract...
