Senior Business Development Manager (Retail Expansion)

Summary:

We are seeking a strategic Senior Business Development Manager to lead our retail network expansion across China. You will be responsible for shaping our store footprint strategy, identifying new market opportunities, and optimizing existing locations to enhance our brands premium positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute retail expansion strategies for new markets and white-space opportunities.
• Conduct market analysis to identify property trends and high-potential locations in China.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key landlords and negotiate favorable lease terms.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Retail, Legal, Design) on site selection, lease negotiations, and store openings.
• Lead presentations to global stakeholders and provide project updates and clarifications.
