Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead growth and revenue expansion within the security, systems and cleaning services industry. This is a senior commercial role for a proven performer with strong industry networks and the ability to originate and close high-value opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new business acquisition for security guarding and security solutions
Identify, prospect, and secure high-value corporate and institutional clients
Leverage established networks to generate qualified leads and build a strong pipeline
Conduct client engagements, site assessments, and security needs analysis
Develop and present customised proposals, bids, and commercial offers
