Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team. In this first-line management role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by helping SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) in the foreign trade sector navigate cross-border transactions. You will lead your team through a blend of telemarketing and face-to-face meetings to promote XTransfer’s suite of cross-border collection, payment, foreign exchange settlement, and risk control solutions.
