We're hiring a Closer — Medical Billing / RCM Sales (Night Shift, On-Site Rawalpindi)
AxioRCM is a US-based Revenue Cycle Management company. We help American medical practices get paid faster and stop bleeding money on denied claims. We're hiring for one thing: someone who closes.
This is a pure closing role. You get qualified leads and booked demos — you turn them into signed contracts. No grinding cold lists for hours. Your job is discovery calls, objection handling, and closing US healthcare providers.
What you'll do
Run sales calls and demos with US medical practices and clinics
Own the close — pricing conversations, objections, contract sign-off
Hit and beat monthly revenue targets
Keep your pipeline clean in CRM
You're a fit if you
Have 3 to 5 years closing B2B sales by phone — healthcare/RCM/medical billing a strong plus
Hold your own with US clients (clear, confident spoken English)
Are driven by commission, not scared of targets
