We are looking for an experienced Upwork Business Developer who knows how to win high‑ticket projects and build long‑term client relationships. This is not a junior or learning role. We need someone who understands Upwork deeply and can consistently bring in $5k–$50k+ projects.
Responsibilities
- Identify and apply to high‑quality Upwork jobs aligned with our services: UI/UX, SaaS, AI/ML, Full-Stack
- Communicate with prospects, qualify requirements, and close deals
- Handle follow‑ups and manage active client conversations
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project handover
- Focus on long‑term, retainer, and high‑value contracts
