Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to support an MDM system upgrade project involving product and merchandising data. This is a highly data‑centric role focused on requirements gathering, data analysis, source‑to‑target mapping, reporting validation, and supporting the transition of existing reports and workflows into a new system environment. The BSA will work closely with business, technology, data, and merchandising stakeholders to understand current‑state processes, challenge business value where needed, and translate requirements into clear functional specifications that support delivery. The successful candidate must be comfortable asking thoughtful questions, probing stakeholders, identifying risks and gaps, and bringing recommendations forward.
