Position Description:
This role is hybrid and requires you to be at a Client office (downtown) at a minimum 1 day per week - subject to change at any time.
The Senior Business Analyst (BA) plays a crucial role in performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and supporting or performing some user acceptance testing.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
. Evaluating business processes (current state), anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions (future state).
. Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
. Staying up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
. Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
. Performing requirements analysis.
. Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
