Job Description

Our public sector client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to work with a procurement team to review current RFP processes, understand pain points and propose new IT process recommendations

Candidates must be located in Calgary as they will need to be in-office when required 

Must Haves:

  • 10+ years as a Business Analyst with a focus on Procurement and process review, re-engineering, or process improvement within complex organizations
  • 5+ years in public sector, regulated, or policy-driven procurement environments
  • 5+ years in IT procurement, RFP development, and stakeholder engagement, including documentation

  • Skill in analyzing current processes and developing actionable recommendations
