Job Description

Our utilities client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support an ERP system implementation (Maximo) including process modeling and operational change management strategies/tactic future state processes

Calgary-based office - Hybrid work model (3 days in-office and 2 days WFH)

Must Haves

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with process modelingacross complex multidisciplinary technology projects
  • Experience with ERP implementations (Maximo Application Suite, Oracle Field Service and Utility & Pipeline Data Model) with operational change management strategies/tactics
  • Experience with BRD development, RTM management, JIRA, and Confluence
  • Process modeling experience using BPMN 2.0
