Senior Business Analyst – SAP SD/TM

Responsibilities

• Maintain the portfolio of user requests
• Experience with integrations with other systems
• Liaise with partner vendors
• Functionally understand the business needs, structure and activities to execute projects and operational improvements
• Build and validate functional and technical specifications
• Perform configurations in the SAP SD and TM modules
• Validate and complete test plans
• Ensure the quality of the technical solution involved in ongoing requests
• Ensure the quality of documentation for requests and compliance with internal policies and standards
• Provide support for IT audits related to the processes within your scope

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related field
• Required knowledge of Sales/Logistics processes and the SAP SD and TM modules
